Customers are eligible for a refund if the item is returned within 30 days of receipt, provided that the product is in its original condition and packaging. Items that have been used, altered, or damaged are not eligible for a refund.
To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). This number must be included with the returned item to ensure proper processing. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
