Elegance Crafted Orders for ready-to-ship products can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled once the order is confirmed and payment is received, as the creation process begins immediately. To request a cancellation, customers must contact us via email or WhatsApp with their order number and cancellation reason.
If your cancellation request is approved and the order has not been shipped, a refund (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Orders that have already been shipped or are in transit cannot be canceled. Elegance Crafted reserves the right to refuse or delay cancellation requests in case of system errors, suspected fraud, or policy violations.
